I can help you overcome your fears and help you live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
My areas of expertise include Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety and worry, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, and specific phobias), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking).
I will collaborate with you to develop a treatment approach that meets your needs. To make sure treatment is effective, I draw from effective, evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I offer telehealth appointments to clients in California and Michigan.
