Do you experience stress, excessive worry, or panic? Does anxiety interfere with your pursuit of personal and professional goals? I can help you overcome your fears and help you live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a compassionate environment in which my clients can learn strategies to attain greater life satisfaction and well-being. 
 
I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with worry and stress, as well as specific anxiety disorders such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder. I also treat Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (e.g. hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting).

I will collaborate with you to develop a treatment approach that meets your needs. To make sure treatment is effective, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
